Self-Care Made Simple

Shea butter was first introduced to me through my father,who is from Ghana, West Africa. I've always loved the benefits and results of using shea butter but didn't love the original smell. At the same time, I was tired of spending time and money on watered down lotions and creams that smelled great, but didn't offer long term moisturization. My temporary solution was to mix raw shea butter with a smell good lotion that I was using at the time. I had the duel benefit of using shea butter and using the scent from the lotion to cover the smell given from the shea plant.

Starting a self-care business was never in my future plans., but one day, during a visit to one of my favorite crafting stores, I had a thought, "why not try making my own body butter?" The original goal was to create something for myself, a few friends, and family members. I had been encouraged by a friend's mother, who had tried some of her daugher's body butter to share the body butter with everyone.

Fast forward to now, and I have developed a prodcut that offers long term moisture, smells good all day long, and can even fade and prevent dark marks and early signs of aging!
